Ps. Adem Xhafer along with his wife Fitret, pioneered Royals Church, Royals College & Royals Care. With 30 years of ministry experience, his passion is to see souls saved while raising the next generation of leaders.

Ps. Adem founded Royals College with the purpose of equipping future leaders spiritually with academic qualifications to change the world and has been an integral contributor to seeing students released into their God given destiny. Ps. Adem has travelled the world evangelising in over 40 nations, personally led hundreds of thousands of people to the Lord and has facilitated, through the power of the Holy Spirit, many miraculous healings. He carries a fivefold anointing with a prophetic edge that leaves every room he encounters eternally impacted.

Ps. Hope Deemal is a past student of Royals College completing her Diploma of Leadership, Diploma of Ministry, Diploma of Music Industry, Diploma of Community Services through Alphacrucis and now serves as the College Principal. She has been involved in ministry for 10+ years particularly on the mission field both nationally and internationally.

Ps. Hope thoroughly enjoys the mission field, however, her commitment to Royals Church is unwavering and has enabled her to lead locally in numerous capacities including; Creative, Administration, Youth and Young Adults and Royals Conference. Ps. Hope is passionate about seeing her generation and the Church trained and equipped to fulfil their God given destiny, to this end she has given her life fully to this eternal cause.

    In 2014 my Bible College journey began, seeing me complete a Certificate IV in Leadership, as well as a Diploma in Ministry.

    I had many life altering moments throughout the two years. God used this time to shape me, heal me and set me free. I remember hearing, “it’s not about me, it’s about who is coming through me”. This understanding shifts us into more purposeful living pointing people back to Jesus constantly.

    Bible College helped me to sift through my thoughts and heart by pointing me to truth in His Word, allowing me to relearn from a biblical perspective. I walked out of College with a greater confidence in my faith and understanding of who the Father is.

    In order for us to fulfil the call God has placed on our lives, we must dedicate time to growing, learning and committing ourselves to the process.

    Through Royals College I have been able to successfully complete my Diploma of Leadership, HE Diploma of Ministry and my Diploma of Music. Before entering study, I felt I had come to a place in my faith and leadership that was stagnant and still and knew that I needed to do something to see a change in my personal life and also my leadership. All these courses have equipped me for different seasons of leadership and ministry.

    These courses have also had a big impact on my work performance and ability to work with a large variety of people. I would recommend for anyone who identifies an area in their lives that is dormant to step out into study to revitalize and grow in that area.
